Your internship will take place in a young aspiring technology company which provides website marketing tools for first class hotels and hotel chains in order to increase user engagement on their website, conversion rate and direct booking numbers. The company’s striving for effective online marketing through personalization of user experiences in the hotel booking process will enable you to learn about cutting-edge technology in the digital marketing sector and work in a young, energetic and international team. You will be in contact with top hotel managers in your dedicated markets in order to improve their online appearance and make sure the best possible results and customer experiences are achieved. No Spanish required.

Your tasks – During your internship you will

  • help with the onboarding and implementation of tools for new hotel clients
  • provide proactive account management services to existing hotel partners
  • do market research and develop suggestions for hotels to achieve the best marketing results
  • construct and edit PowerPoint presentations for individual clients
  • organise the implementation of functionality together with the IT team
  • monitor results and work closely with the sales team to ensure best service towards clients
  • test different statistics

 

Requirements – You should be

  • interested in online marketing, new technology and the hospitality industry
  • comfortable in communicating in a professional, customer-oriented manner

  • able to work analytical
  • speaking German and English fluently
